Marvel Zombies – A Zombicide Game

Central Texas Board Game and Miniatures Posted on July 12, 2025 by RichardJuly 13, 2025

Marvel Zombies – A Zombicide Game : There’s a zombie plague spreading throughout the populace. Mighty super heroes are doing what they can to halt its spread. But as powerful as they may be, they are not immune to the ravages of the virus. Now, heroes that have been turned by the plague are actively trying to spread it as far as they can. They’ve even retained much of their previous personalities, but now twisted in service of the Hunger.

Marvel Zombies – A Zombicide Game puts players into the rotting bodies of these tainted heroes. Unlike previous Zombicide iterations, they’re not trying to stop the zombies, but instead spread the plague far and wide. Each hero still retains some of what made them powerful before they became infected, but other heroes that have not yet been turned, plus the members of S.H.I.E.L.D. are trying to stop them. In the end, will all be made to service the Hunger?

When the zombie plague strikes, not even Earth’s mightiest heroes are safe. Marvel Zombies is a cooperative board game for 1 to 6 players, based on the core mechanics of the smash hit Zombicide series, bringing non-stop zombie action to the Marvel universe. The original art by comics legend Marco Checchetto is brought to life in amazing game pieces depicting the iconic Marvel characters in glorious (and often gory) detail.

Fight the insatiable hunger, for heroes never die, they just change.

MIGHTY HEROES, INFECTED: Enter the gripping world of “Marvel Zombies” in this thrilling Zombicide game adaptation, where even the mightiest heroes have succumbed to the relentless zombie plague.

SPREAD THE PLAGUE: Unlike previous Zombicide iterations, become one of the infected heroes on a mission to spread the zombie plague far and wide. Heroes retain twisted versions of their former personalities, now serving the insatiable Hunger.

HEROES vs. HEROES: Face off against other heroes who have yet to succumb to the infection, along with the relentless members of S.H.I.E.L.D., in a battle of survival where the line between friend and foe blurs.

In Dungeons & Dragons: Builders of Baldur’s Gate, a city-building game from acclaimed designer Matthew Dunstan, you are the head of a powerful family in the iconic city.

You must also extend your influence with the three main factions of the city: the Council of Four, the Flaming Fist, and the Thieves’ Guild.

As you place buildings, you will also place your influence cubes to indicate your control.  This also includes special keeps, gates, and watchtowers, represented by building miniatures with slots for your influence cubes, allowing you to see the city grow in three dimensions!

You grow your prestige by building new businesses within the nine districts, both as one large network, and across all the districts.

Each family tries to take  advantage of the crises, using them as stepping stones to advance their own agendas.

Ancient Blood – The Order of Vampire Hunters

Central Texas Board Game and Miniatures Posted on June 30, 2025 by RichardJune 29, 2025

Ancient Blood – The Order of Vampire Hunters is a cooperative story-driven game for 1 to 4 players that can be played as solo mode, as standalone games, or as a campaign. Choose a story and begin your journey.

Be brave and wise, as every choice you make along your path will impact the game world. The wrong choice could awaken your most hidden fears.

Fight side by side with your fellow hunters like never before using combo attacks, get help from locals using your skills,  find all the clues that will lead you to the master of each Vampires’ clan, The Elder Lord.

Each story is based on a multiple-choice structure that helps to build both a meaningful and narrative story and the character development while allowing the player significant control over the story’s evolution. This kind of structure allows for great replayability.

Each story can continue in many different ways based on the choices players make along the way as their journey progresses toward the epic finale.

The same multiple-choice structure is also in the Location cards that compose the various Villages Players will find along the way. All the Location cards combined will give the players hundreds of different paths.
